the friendliness of the staff met my expectations.
the bed felt too firm, and the pillows were not very comfortable. there was also a strange, musty smell in the room. it smelled like old furniture, or perhaps something else, i couldn't quite place it. the water in the bottle tasted strange, it was almost like tap water mixed with something old.

i ate at their italian restaurant solo, and it was amazing! the outdoor terrace is so pretty and comfy with the heaters. live music. the food tasted so good! neapolitan pizza had soft crust, balanced flavors, and tasted super fresh. servers sai, nafi, neetha, anirudh, and abhay, you were all so sweet!
i wish the highway was less noisy, as the noise really impacted relaxing moments.

I was charmed the room included a well-stocked minibar and complimentary water. the bathroom had two separate sinks and a rainfall shower. i found the concierge services efficient. They promptly arranged transportation and provided helpful information.
i noticed the pool area sometimes lacked sufficient shade during peak hours this made finding a comfortable spot challenging.

The location is next to a highway. Noise was quite loud. i asked for a quiet room, but i was given a skyline view room. i could hear the traffic from the balcony and even from the pool.

The staff were always ready to help and very professional. The rooms are massive and beautifully appointed. The pool area is peaceful and elegant. It is well kept. I found the location convenient, near the airport.
